Details

  1. About communication: Clear communication saves time and hassle. Take a few extra moments to make sure that your instructions to me are clear, to the point and all-encompassing. Make sure to send me all the requested information (see section II).

  2. What I need from you: Before sending me any problems or projects you might want to establish "first contact" in the form of a first email or phone call introducing yourself, giving me relevant information, asking me questions and/or expressing concerns. On the other hand you can send the problems in your first email if you wish. Please inform me of the following by the time you send me the work:
    • Tell me exactly what you want done and how you want it done. Often I need to know more than what the actual instructions or questions state (for example special instructions that your professor may have given you).
    • Tell me by when you need the work done.
    • Include any other information that you think is important.

  3. About payment:
    • This is NOT a free service. Please do not email me asking me to do work for free.
    • After you send me the problems and clear instructions, I quote you a price. If my quote is acceptable to you, I then request payment.
    • I require payment before beginning to work.
    • Payments are made by depositing funds into my PayPal account (press button below to make payment).
    • PayPal then notifies me of your payment. I then send you an email (or call you) stating that I have received your payment and then I begin work on your problems.

  4. What you can expect from me:
    • Clear communication,
    • Pride in a job well done,
    • A desire for you to succeed and do well,
    • The work emailed as a .gif file (most common format).
    • Care and concern for you as a person (this is part of who I am),
    • Prompt service (emails generally returned within 24 hours; work done by your due date),
    • Solutions to problems, showing the work, neatly done to the very best of my ability.
